Skyrim se not letting me download mods

Since I work from home from time to time, I had scheduled Steam to download while I sleep.

I'm having the same problem, I really hope it's just a server issue, I killed vigilance too many times on the not to have an immortal dog mod. I restarted mine twice last night. Didn't help at all. Hopfully they fixed whatever issue was going on. I also hope they fix this ASAP.

Problem seems to be fixed; I'm downloading now with no issues. Aye I just checked and redownloading all my previous saves. Welp, I got about seven mods downloaded, and now I'm getting the "Operation could not be completed" message again.
